Rose Cottage is a well decorated single storey semi detached cottage ideal for 2 people which is situated next to Sweet Briar Cottage.

The bedroom has twin beds and also contains a bedside cabinet, double wardrobe and chest of drawers. Bed linen is included in the prices quoted and the beds are made up ready for guests to use. There are French windows which overlooks the garden.

The cottage is very well decorated and the sitting room has a beamed ceiling giving it that cosy cottage feel. There is a two seater sofa, an arm chair, a small circular drop leaf table and TV/DVD. There is an electric log effect fire within an original Victorian fireplace, ideal for those chilly evenings.

The dining kitchen is well equipped with an electric cooker, microwave, washer/dryer and an under counter fridge/freezer. There is a dining table and three chairs and a small pantry for storage. There is the added advantage of a stable door to the outside.

The bathroom has a full suite, with heater and electric shower. The cottage has electric heating in all rooms.

Just outside the kitchen is a patio area with garden furniture and safe parking for a car etc.

Guests are more than welcome to use the 1.5 acre garden and enjoy the beautiful views over open countryside and on fine evenings some glorious sunsets.

There is ample safe parking adjacent to the cottage.
